Nivea Lip Effect Q10
Whenever I'm in Thailand, I tend to go a little crazy in Boots, carting back loads of No. 7 whitening sunscreens and whatnots. On my last Bangkok trip, I also brought back two boxes of Neutrogena whitening sheet masks and two Nivea lip balms - one with SPF that I've not opened and this that contains Q10 for night use.
I'm very troubled by lines on my lips. The thought of an ageing pucker scares me a little. For the longest time, my nightly habit has been to slather a thick layer of Vasaline lip balm over them right before sleeping. When I saw this, I decided to give it a go, cos the promise of Q10 is something I find rather hard to resist (Q10 sheet masks and Q10 supplements are good friends of mine as well).
Used it for the first time last night and this morning, my lips were satisfyingly smoother, softer and rather more plumped up. Pretty happy with it so I'll continue to see if there are any long-term benefits.
Note that when I say thick layer, I really mean it. One glistening ring of grease that will be mostly gone by morning. Eaten up, wiped all over pillow or absorbed, I do not know. My guess is 1 and 3 since my pillow has never been sticky.
