In an ideal world, I'd go with something that:
- reflects your personality
- that oozes 'sharp' but not corporate (Think what a lawyer can wear to work. Don't wear that.)
- that looks expensive and is well-made
- not fashion runway trendy
In an ideal world, I'd love to wear this (Aquascutum Fall08) with a white top, perhaps of crisper material but avoiding a real shirt.
Or, even better, this dress (Missoni Fall08), because it's a simple, plain black dress made delicious by its, er, drapy-ness? Sorry, am not that brilliant with fashion terms. It's a very orderly unruly.
In the real world, however, the real non-size 0, non-sizable bank account, non-perfect hourglass figure world, for a girl who has spent the last few years of her life wearing slack clothes and building a collection of denim skirts and graphic tees and all sorts of scarfs... Well, I might just have to settle for a shirt dress.
Will work on it and report back. Am just waiting for this sheet mask to finish all its marvellous goodness into my luscious skin.
The truth is, I'm so freaking lazy and have not exfoliated for maybe 2 weeks? A radiant complexion and plump, hydrated skin go a long way in instilling confidence.
