Random because I only have time for random

Being an ex PR person, I wonder about PR people who are, over the phone:
a. blase
b. lethargic
c. rude

You do know no less than cheery, efficient and mightily helpful will cut it right? And it's so easy to fake it even when all you want to do is stab someone, I don't see why there are still PR folks who sound (a), (b) and (c).

Edit: I remember now. I wanted to say, there is so much vehemence about how awful the new facebook is, I wonder who on earth designed that crap and how they managed to come up with something hated by so many people. There are actually people shutting down groups and contemplating deleting accounts (Would they? If they cared so much I doubt they would).

I just find the whole chain of events fascinating.
