Harumi's Japanese Cooking

Bought the cookbook during the last Borders major coupon discount. I love how everything looks so clean, simple and fresh - from the lighting to the pictures to the font and layout to the recipes to the ingredients.

And of course, I love Japanese food.

Not that I cook a lot. But you know, gorgeous cookbooks have such an air of hope and elegance about them. There's also Harumi's Japanese Home Cooking, which I plan to get in the more affordable paperback version when it's available.
