My wallet is in shock. Just bought tickets for the Fong Fei Fei concert on 27 Dec for the mother. A total of $362 for a pair.

To make myself feel better, I did rationalise that it's just 2 pairs of shoes or 2 to 3 dresses. Considering the kind of money I spend on myself, it's not very much at all. Good that I didn't buy anything today while shopping. Will have to keep it that way till next month.

(I did like very much a pair of gladiator-inspired platform sandals from Zara. But I wasn't about to fork out $189 for Zara shoes - they're just not worth that much to me. Still, those shoes were very nice indeed. Hopefully, they will go on sale. Soon.)
