It did not feel like 148 minutes at all

Sex and the City movie was great fun. The wardrobe is pretty amazing. A lot of product and brand placement, yes. The Bluefly paper bag, the Dior boxes, the Escada boutique front... just some of the more strategic mentions I noticed on top of the obvious ones for Manolo Blahnik, Louis Vuitton and those huge interlocking Cs. It's amazing how SATC has morphed into a mega marketing tool for fashion houses - and I mean it in a "I think it should be a business success story case study" kind of way. But still, the wardrobe is amazing, not to mention the walk-in closet.

These are not my favourite outfits from the show, but I do love how the shoes look on her on big screen, and I cannot stop thinking about the studded belt.

I love the wedding dress. She looked great in all the Vogue photoshoot concoctions and her label-less outfit but I've loved this Vivienne Westwood piece ever since I saw it on style.com last September. Posted it on the group blog and basically called it my dream wedding dress. I'm not the kind of person who fantasises about marriage and dream weddings, not at all. So you can imagine how much I liked this for it to have stopped me in my mouse-clicking tracks.

SJP looked ravishing twirling in it for the Vogue shoot and that bird on the head and the dark red lips simply sealed it.

The show could have been longer and I wouldn't have minded at all. Makes me want to go through all the SATC seasons again (skipping the Aidan parts).
