Hands

Waiting for my sheet mask to serve its time on my face, so in the spirit of beautification, I shall mention this.

The hands, along with the eye area and neck, is the first to go with age. Because it's not just subjected to UV radiation, but also wear and tear. So hand cream is very important.

Sometimes I see people rubbing hand cream vigorously into their skin. You don't drag your face around when you slather on moisturiser, so you shouldn't do that to your hands too.

Instead, curl them alternately into a loose fist then use the other to swipe over the outside of the fist gently, from base to fingertips. Repeat with other side, then rub hands together and use intertwined fingers to distribute cream throughout the entire lengths. Finish by massaging residual product into cuticles.
