Tights love

Argh. These Chanel Fall tights have reopened the can of worms. Yet again, I'm reminded of my lust for fancy tights. Not just ordinary fancy tights. Designer, runway, expensive, fancy tights.

Before Chanel, there was Prada Spring. I'm a bit scared of the shoes. Majority have declared them ugly/unwearable. Some have gone the OMG this is a work of art way. And then there are the self-important fashiony types who have lauded them as quite the thing that low-brow commoners cannot get. Oh please don't be offended if you're one of those who sincerely find these beautiful. I'm only talking about those who know, in the deepest recesses of their hearts, that they hate these, but will say otherwise just to be "different".

Me, I just find them a little creepy terrifying. I'm not really sure why. Maybe it's cos I hate creepy crawlies and the creepy crawly association for this collection is just really strong. People think Midsummer Night's Dream, I think Midsummer Night's filled with multi-legged little monsters.

But anyway, these are actually some of the pairs that I don't find as frightening.

These, on the other hand, I'd like to stay away from.

But enough of scary shoes.

Back to the issue at hand, I was most besotted with the tights used at Rodarte Fall.

How am I going to get my hands on some of these without splashing out hundreds of dollars??
